<strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Profile</span></strong>
John Stubbs began working in real estate in the Raleigh-Durham area of NC while attending Duke University. In 1998, John founded Davis Moore Advisors, focusing on tenant representation for corporate and healthcare clients. John moved to Charlotte, NC in 2005 to expand the Davis Moore footprint, until the sale of the company to Jones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”) in October 2007.
In 2011, John founded Davis Moore to continue working with corporate and healthcare clients. John’s healthcare real estate experience led to the creation of Davis Moore’s healthcare practice group focusing solely on ambulatory needs of health systems and physician practice groups. Since 2001, John has developed and currently owns numerous ambulatory projects ranging in size from 10,000 to 125,000 square feet and works closely with many health systems and physician practice groups on their ambulatory real estate needs in Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. John currently manages the Charlotte office and is tasked with growing healthcare relationships as a leader of the Davis Moore healthcare practice group.
John holds a degree in Economics from Duke University. In 2022, John completed the General Management Program and became an alumnus of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
John lives in Charlotte with his wife Erin, a faculty pediatrician at Atrium Health, and children Charlie, Teddy, Henry, and Caroline.
