Winston Abbott joined Siemens Financial Services, wholly owned subsidiary of Siemens, AG, in 2008 and is responsible for the Origination of Healthcare Real Estate Loans throughout the US. In addition, he is responsible for other healthcare financing product originations via the management of client relationships and interfacing with various Siemens operating companies such as Siemens Healthineers and Siemens Industry. Overall, Siemens Financial Services is focused on providing financing for Not for Profit and For Profit Hospitals, Medical Office Buildings, Surgical Hospitals, Post Acute Facilities, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Dialysis Centers, Imaging Centers, Physician Practices and other Healthcare Providers/Developers with a concentration on real estate, equipment, working capital, and acquisition financing. Product offerings include leases, loans, taxable and tax-exempt, bonds, term debt, acquisition debt and real estate construction and permanent finance structures. Prior to joining Siemens, Winston worked for Citigroup for 24 years and held various senior sales and management positions with Citi in their asset lending and leasing businesses. The most recent position was Managing Director for CitiCapital’s Healthcare, Energy and Tax-Exempt business, a $3 Billion portfolio with annual originations in excess of $1 Billion. He is based in Dallas, Texas.
