James Gronowski

<strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Profile</span></strong>

Mr. Gronowski has over 15 years of experience in the commercial and corporate real estate industry, and in that time has developed a skill set that is unmatched by his peers. Jim's experiences have allowed him to "see the deal" from multiple perspectives - landlord, tenant, broker, and end user. It is because of this wide range of experience that he has an intimate knowledge of the many facets of real estate including project management, financial analysis, contract interpretation and negotiation, market research and analysis, commercial brokerage, property redevelopment, and corporate asset management and process development. Above and beyond Jim's tactical expertise surrounding real estate transactions, his experience with large organizations provides him the unique perspective of understanding the strategic nature of how these organizations operate and the factors that drive their real estate decisions.

Educated in real estate, Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Economics, and has successfully completed other relevant coursework including CCIM courses. In addition, he holds a real estate license in the State of Ohio, as well as a notary public license. He is an active member of CoreNet Global's Ohio/Kentucky chapter, including their Young Leaders Group.
