Ted is responsible for overall account management of Colliers International Medical Office specialty in the Chicago Region. As the primary account lead he directs the real estate functions for multiple healthcare providers including asset management, lease administration, property and facilities management. The current portfolio is comprised of nearly two million square feet, 70 properties and 250 tenants.
