Description
Labor and employment laws affect the operation of health care real estate and everything inside the buildings. Concerns about the pandemic and individual freedom have resulted in a new patchwork of regulations regarding what can and cannot be required of people who work inside our facilities and buildings. This session will explore the variety of new laws among the states and how political pressures are changing the conversation.
