Jake joined PMB in 2018 and serves in many capacities including overall development, document negotiations, land entitlement, overall project management, strategy, marketing, acquisitions, and leasing.
His 21-year career has been solely focused on medical real estate development where Jake has been directly responsible for the development, leasing, project management, and acquisition of more than 3.25 million square feet of medical office properties in over 16 states.
