<strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Profile</span></strong>
Ms. Hall is the Senior Vice President – Leasing & Physician Strategy at Physicians Realty Trust. In this role, Hall leads the Company’s leasing strategy and execution business for its health care real estate portfolio, spanning nearly 270 properties in 36 states with over 14 million in gross leasable area. Her team has increased occupancy steadily for the DOC portfolio to over 96% occupied, the highest occupancy in the health care REIT sector. Hall has more than 15 years of diversified strategic leasing and management experience in real estate, including the office, retail, industrial, and medical office sectors for both public and private companies. Hall holds two B.A. degrees in Marketing and Organizational Management from Miami University’s Richard T. Farmer School of Business. She is an inductee to the Kentucky Women’s Athletic Hall of Fame, Miami University Athletic Hall of Fame, and Sacred Heart Academy Hall of Fame for her achievements as a distance swimmer. She is one of Louisville Business First’s 40 Under 40 Honorees, is an Ironman Triathlon finisher, and has been a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee since 2007.
Hall has more than 15 years of diversified strategic leasing and management experience in real estate including the office, retail, industrial, and medical office sectors for both public and private companies. She is experienced in leveraging technology and partnering with senior executive teams to execute strategic and tactical initiatives focused on performance and operational improvements to increase occupancy and maximize revenue in both high growth and challenged environments. She is a seasoned leader, understanding both operational and customer-facing challenges with the ability to drive employee engagement.
