<strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Profile</span></strong>
Mr. Dukes joined Healthpeak Properties, Inc. in March, 2024, serving as Senior Vice President – Real Estate Operations. In this role, Dukes oversees operations for the company’s newly combined portfolio of outpatient medical assets, as well as its lab facilities. Prior to joining Healthpeak, Dukes served as Senior Vice President – Asset Management at Physicians Realty Trust (DOC) and held a similar role at Duke Realty before joining DOC.
His leadership experience with BOMA includes service as Chair and Chief Elected Officer of BOMA International from 2021 – 2022. Prior to becoming Chair, he was named a BOMA Fellow, served a two-year term on the Executive Committee of BOMA International, is a past president of BOMA Georgia, and served two terms on the Southern Region Board of Directors.
A graduate of the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, he resides in Atlanta
