Maggie is focused on expanding healthcare real estate development in both the Chicago and Milwaukee markets, as well as driving and expanding our system strategy and approach for long-term growth and continuous development of client relationships in this space.

Maggie comes to Mortenson from Advocate Aurora Health, the 10th largest not-for-profit, integrated health system in the United States, where she served as Director of Real Estate. In this role, she developed and delivered real estate strategies, strategic capital projects, transaction services, and qualitative analysis for a portfolio of more than 500 locations, over 1,000 leases, and 30 million square feet.

Maggie received her bachelor's degree from Xavier University of Louisiana and her MBA with a focus on real estate and commercial development from Roosevelt University, where she held honors as a Goldie B. Wolfe Miller Women in Real Estate Initiative Scholar. Maggie also completed Marquette's Associates in Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) Program, Harvard Business School's Young American Leadership Program (YALP), and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Wisconsin.

Maggie has received several awards and distinctions, including the Milwaukee Community Journal’s Millennial Honoree, highlighted nationally in Bizwomen as a headliner in Healthcare for 2018, and received the 2018 Milwaukee Business Journal’s 40 under 40 award. She currently serves on the board for Lead2Change, Inc., a youth leadership organization, and as board treasurer for CUPED Corporation
