Eunmee Shim is the President of Adventist HealthCare Fort Washington Medical Center. Previously she worked as the SVP, Chief Strategy Officer of Adventist HealthCare and COO of Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center and as VP of Clinical Services/CNO and then COO of Advent Health, Florida Hospital Palm Coast. She has over 35 years of clinical, operational, and leadership experience with a track record of accomplishments in the areas of clinical innovation, strategic planning, business development, operational management, physician network building, and transforming an organization.
Mrs. Shim received her BSN from Sahmyook University in Seoul Korea (formerly known as Korean Adventist University) and MSN – Nursing Informatics from Columbia University, School of Nursing in New York. She is also 2016 Baldrige Executive Fellow.
