Profile
David Busko is an Executive Vice President in Heitman's North American Acquisitions group. He is currently responsible for the group's commercial acquisitions team, which originates, negotiates, executes, analyzes and values potential investments in direct equity real estate within the United States. He has been involved with a variety of property types (residential, office, retail, industrial, self-storage, medical office, hotel, and student housing properties) and a variety of investment structures (e.g. development joint ventures, investment joint ventures, and direct acquisitions). He has been involved in acquisition activity totaling over $3.8 billion. David received a BBA with a double major in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
