Matthew T. Tarpley is Executive Director - Healthcare Real Estate at H2C, where he leads health system real estate advisory engagements, programmatic and project-level equity and debt placements for investors and developers as well as the sales of healthcare real estate assets. In his time at H2C, Mr. Tarpley has led over $2.0B in healthcare real estate transactions with a specialization in inpatient rehabilitation, behavioral health, medical office and "nichier" asset types like blood plasma. Notably, H2C has handled 10 transactions in the inpatient rehabilitation and behavioral health sectors in just the last 24 months.
