<strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Profile</span></strong>
Sabrina Solomiany joined CBRE in 2014 and currently co-leads the Debt & Structured Finance platform for U.S. Healthcare & Life Sciences Capital Markets. Sabrina specializes in structuring and negotiating real estate financing and equity placements for healthcare and life sciences properties on behalf of institutional investors, developers, private capital investors and healthcare providers. Since joining the HLSDSF team, Sabrina has overseen the successful closing of more than 22 million square feet of healthcare properties valued at more than $6.5 billion.
Sabrina’s capital sources include life insurance correspondents, pension funds, international and domestic commercial banks, debt funds, credit-based financing, mortgage REITs and Wall Street CMBS investment banks. She has developed a specialization for sourcing the complete capital stack including senior mortgages, mezzanine pieces, preferred equity and joint venture equity structures.
Ms. Solomiany brings 20 years of experience in commercial real estate to her role at CBRE. She was previously with HFF where she was involved in the execution of $1.65 billion in commercial real estate transactions including over $800 million in office, $360 million in hotel, $290 million in multifamily/condominium and $50 million in retail transactions across the investment sales, debt placement and joint venture equity platforms. Ms. Solomiany began her career as a Research Analyst at Heitman Real Estate Securities where she worked alongside Portfolio Managers in the analysis of publicly traded Equity REITs.
