Profile
As Vice President of Capital Markets for Healthcare, Andrew is the lead contact for capital relationships and is responsible for capitalizing Ryan-owned and developed healthcare projects. He manages the funding process from inception to final disposition and works with senior leadership to determine overall investment strategy. Andrew’s strong analytical background and 10 years of real estate investment experience provide valuable insight to all aspects of capital markets transactions, as he supports capital structuring through creatively nuanced capitalization and ownership strategies. Through his expert leadership, our company’s healthcare fund raised over $46M in equity, facilitating acquisition of over $125M in healthcare assets. Andrew is known for his integrity, his passion for real estate, and the vibrant, direct connections he forges with healthcare investors, REITs, private equity and brokers. With every transaction, he concentrates on telling the story, communicating the “why” behind the investment or the opportunity, and skillfully customizing financing options to specific owners, partners and healthcare projects.
