Description
Healthcare systems are in recovery mode and making up for lost revenue is every systems priority. As a result we are all finding ourselves with the need to still grow and provide additional services yet realizing we have less capital than ever to make those goals happen. This session focuses on the different strategies and solutions that healthcare systems are implementing to try and be as productive as possible with less resources.
