Healthpeak owns 296 medical buildings consisting of 26 million SF and is an active developer of medical office buildings. Mr. Croy is responsible for large lease transactions with hospitals and strategic healthcare providers. He also oversees leasing on all new development.
Prior to joining Healthpeak, Mr. Croy was Vice President of MedCap Properties, a privately held real estate company. MedCap owned 6.5 milliion square feet, and Mr. Croy was responsible for asset management and leasing. Mr. Croy also spent 10 years with CBRE overseeing asset management services in Nashville, TN. Before working at CBRE, he worked with an office developer to develop office buildings in Nashville.
