Brady Stern is on Baird’s Real Estate team as a Director covering Healthcare Real Estate. Joining Baird in 2021, Brady brings experience executing M&A and capital markets transactions for real estate owners, operators, and developers in the healthcare services sector, with a specific focus on seniors housing & care, post-acute healthcare, and medical office real estate. Brady came to Baird from Hammond Hanlon Camp, LLC (“H2C”) where he was a service line leader in the firm’s Healthcare Real Estate Investment Banking group. Prior to H2C, Brady was an Associate at Lancaster Pollard & Co., and he also worked in the Strategy & Operations service line of Deloitte Consulting LLP. He graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish, and a Master’s degree in Management from Case Western Reserve University. He holds Series 79, 63, 52, and 50 securities licenses.
