Profile
Lauren M. Trilling, MAI is a Director for the real estate practice within the Valuation Advisory group. Her concentration is in real estate valuation and advisory services.
Ms. Trilling’s professional experience encompasses a wide range of real estate engagements for local, national, and international clients for a variety of purposes including purchase price allocation, financing, estate and gift taxation, ad valorem taxation, marital dissolution, property insurance placement purposes. Of these assignments, many have been multiple-property portfolios.
Ms. Trilling has appraised numerous property types, including, but not limited to, industrial facilities of various types, multi-family complexes, general and medical office buildings, freestanding retail buildings, neighborhood shopping centers, and vacant land. In addition, she has significant specialized experience in the valuation of healthcare related properties including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), hospitals, surgery centers, and medical office buildings. Among the numerous healthcare related assignments, many have involved the determination of Fair Market Values for Stark Compliance purposes.
Ms. Trilling is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in multiple states and is a Member of the Appraisal Institute.
