Charlie Dickhaus

<strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Profile</span></strong>

Charlie joined RTG in 2012. Prior to joining the firm, Charlie was with TriMont Real Estate Advisors and Pollack Shores Real Estate Group. While with TriMont, Charlie managed a $1 billion portfolio of non-performing loans and REO properties focusing on disposition strategy and execution. At Pollack Shores Real Estate Group, Charlie focused on multifamily acquisition and development projects. During his time, he helped manage the acquisition of over 1,200 units and $120 million in transaction volume.

Since joining RTG, Charlie’s expertise has been primarily focused on asset management, leasing, acquisitions, development and strategic advisory services

His experience includes providing transaction advisory services for medical office and land sale projects totaling over $300,000,000. He has leased over 2.0 million square feet of medical office space totaling over $1 billion. Charlie is also experienced in providing strategic real estate advisory services and has helped to develop over 500,000 square feet of medical office space.

Charlie is currently acting as the Director of Real Estate for a regional health system in Atlanta, GA, and is responsible for 4.8 million square feet. In this role, he provides asset management and leasing services for the portfolio. In addition, Charlie provides leadership on advisory engagements including strategic planning for physician groups and hospital systems, land/building acquisitions, and development.
