<strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Profile</span></strong>

Patrick founded Hicks Ventures in September 2007 after serving as Senior VP/Principal for Metro National Development for 3 1⁄2 years. He has more than 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. During his tenure at Metro National, he was instrumental in the acquisition/disposition, development and redevelopment of more than $700 million of projects, ranging in type from office buildings, hotels, condos and retail to apartments, senior housing and medical office buildings.

Prior to joining Metro National, Patrick was a Managing Director for the Trammell Crow Company in Houston. His responsibilities included oversight of all service lines in the office/Retail/Industrial Group. During his 8+ years there, he consummated over $1 billion in real estate transactions and grew the profitability of the Houston office to be the number-one net-margin service business in the country.

Prior to Trammell Crow, Patrick managed the Houston office of Koll/Rubloff. The third-party management/leasing practice of high-rise office buildings at Koll/Rubloff was considered to be one of the most successful in the CBD in the early 90s. While with Koll/Rubloff, Patrick closed more than $300 million in real estate transactions, while being instrumental in opening offices in New Orleans, Austin, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Abilene, Oklahoma City and Tulsa.

Hicks Ventures most recent medical Portfolio sale consisted of three state-of-the-art, 57,000-square-foot IRFs that were built-to-suit for Cobalt Rehabilitation (“Cobalt”) from 2018-2019, which leased each location under a 20-year absolute triple-net lease. Sold at $89M
