Profile

Alex Bell is a Senior Vice President at Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate, where he is responsible for the firm’s investment activity. In this capacity, he oversees Catalyst’s capital markets relationships and private equity platform for all acquisitions and developments. Alex also leads Catalyst’s real estate planning strategy team, assisting healthcare providers in making evidence-based real estate decisions. Prior to joining Catalyst, Alex was a Director for a national conduit issuer and U.S. Treasury certified Community Development Entity where he oversaw the execution of tax-exempt bond and tax credit transactions for a $1 billion portfolio. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Finance and a B.S. in Economics.
