Mr. Hayden brings over eighteen years of experience to global corporate real estate. Mr. Hayden began his real estate career at Trammel Crow Company in 2002, joining CBRE in 2006 with its acquisition of Trammell Crow.
Since the start of his career in 2002 Mr. Hayden has been a part of the GWS family dedicating his time to clients such as Bank of America negotiating retail renewals and handling dispositions, FedEx Kinko’s where he oversaw site selection and lease negotiations as well as The Hertz Corporation where he managed all transaction activity for the central, southwest, and southeast regions.
Since 2012, Mr. Hayden has been working on the McKesson account and in April of 2017 he left CBRE to go in house with McKesson as the Director of Transactions to continue overseeing medical office transactions ranging from a 2,500sf medical office to a 90,000sf BTS comprehensive cancer center for McKesson Specialty Heath, to a division of McKesson Corporation for oversight of a 1,000,000sf BTS distribution center. He is responsible for overseeing all transaction activity including acquisitions, lease renewals, dispositions and subleases globally for medical office, general office, specialized distribution centers and call centers.
