Deann Manchester serves as Vice President of Real Estate Development for Tenet Healthcare/United Surgical Partners International and is responsible for developing core assets for Tenet inclusive of MOB’s, Microhospitals, and Off Campus Emergency Departments as well as developing strategic real estate projects with USPI’s Health System partners and physicians. Prior to this role she served as Vice President of Development responsible for developing new ASC's via partnerships with surgeons and Not for Profit Health Systems and acquiring new outpatient surgical centers and short stay surgical hospitals. She is a Financial Operations Principal and a licensed Registered Representative of USP Securities Corp, the broker dealer entity for USPI. Prior to joining USPI in 2000, Ms. Manchester was employed by Columbia/HCA, Inc., where she served in various capacities. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Accounting and Information Systems from Baylor University in 1994.
