As the supply of capital investment in the healthcare real estate space has increased in recent years, buyers are constantly looking to get a leg up on the competition. In addition, the arms race for physicians has health systems and other providers are looking for ways to incentivize physician groups to align themselves with their brand. As a result, both sides of the equation are looking at various physician investment models to achieve their objectives. This session will explore some of these models and the compliance issues that must be addressed.
