Jerry J. Jeter, AIA, ACHA, EDAC, LEED AP BD+C is a registered architect with 37 years of diverse experience from master planning to detailed design and construction administration services. Delivered via traditional design-bid-build to public-private partnership agreements for a broad-spectrum of public and private sector organizations, his project expertise includes healthcare systems, academic and research institutions, commercial enterprises and government agencies.
Jerry’s work is characterized by his ability to synthesize and distill diverse ideas into original insights, new perspectives and innovative understandings. He is able to quickly grasp the ‘big picture’ and to embrace an organization’s project vision as well as their strategic, operational, technology and facility needs. An accomplished communicator, Jerry’s open and transparent work style builds trust, achieves consensus and promotes collaboration with clients, consultants and contractors and repeatedly delivers successful projects.
