Andrew has experience in various healthcare settings including acute care operations, ambulatory expansion, mergers and acquisitions, corporate services, planning, and ultimately real estate. In his role as Chief Asset Officer, Andrew is responsible for leading Providence St. Joseph Health’s real estate strategy across 9+ geographic markets and over 45MSF; encompassing 51 hospital campuses, more than 800 clinics, and a comprehensive range of health and social services with multiple ministries and brands.
This work includes formation of key real estate strategies, ongoing best practices, delivery of key initiatives, development of non-clinical operating revenue, planning and development of the future healthcare built environment, and ongoing portfolio optimization. Andrew earned his bachelor degree in Health Sciences from Portland State University, and graduated with honors with a MBA and MHA from Saint Louis University. He is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
